Shipping Policy

Quantity Verification

• All products are counted and properly packed before shipping.

• Proper shipper details as per the Purchase Order are mentioned on all packages.

Shipping Time

• Shipping time varies by product, typically between 1 to 8 weeks.

• Shipping time is calculated from the date of receipt of advance payment as per the Proforma Invoice.

Short Receipt Declaration

• Domestic Orders: Any claim for short receipt must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• International Orders: Buyers or their representatives must be present at loading. No claims will be accepted once goods are shipped.

Damaged Goods & Transit Insurance

• We take utmost care in packing and conducting pre-shipment inspections.

• Any damages during transit must be claimed through transit insurance, which we strongly recommend for all shipments.

• Ace Enterprises selects the best delivery partners but cannot control handling during transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders: 10 to 15 days.

• International Orders: 15 to 30 days.
