Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

At Ace Enterprises, we strive to provide the best lighting solutions. Our product portfolio includes indoor and outdoor LED lights, commercial lighting solutions, solar-powered lighting, and industrial lighting. We operate from Sanand-II GIDC, Ahmedabad, ensuring efficient manufacturing and distribution. To maintain quality, our procurement team carefully selects products, and our strict quality control process ensures that every product meets the promised standards.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return, exchange, and refund policies are as follows:

Order Cancellation & Modification

• Orders can be canceled or modified only before production begins.

• Once production has started, no changes can be made.

• To request a modification or cancellation, contact us at marketing.acelighting@gmail.com or call us with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

• International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• If a product is defective, incorrect, or of a different size than ordered, email marketing.acelighting@gmail.com with pictures of the received and original ordered product within 2 days of delivery.

• Customized products cannot be returned unless they have a major defect. In such cases, email a picture of the defect.

• Return requests via WhatsApp or SMS will not be entertained.

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of approval email.

• Discounted or promotional products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

• Returned products must be unused and undamaged.

Refund Policy

• If an order is canceled due to unavailability of products or raw materials, the payment will be refunded to the original source.

• Refunds for defective products will be processed to the original payment source or as wallet credit in case of COD orders.

• Refunds typically take 10-15 days to process.

• If a coupon code was applied in a multi-product order and a single product is returned, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement Policy

• Replacement is only applicable for issues attributable to Ace Enterprises and will be processed within 7-10 days after receiving the returned product.

• Products cannot be replaced for issues attributable to the buyer.
